This site is for the online application and management of the Public Assistance grant in California. Public Assistance (PA) is a state and federal grant program to aid state and local governments to better manage their grants and expedite the recovery process. The grants are provided to primarily address the debris removal, emergency response and protective measures, and repair and restoration of public facilities, infrastructure, or services which have been damaged or destroyed. Potential eligible applicants include state and local governments as well as certain Private Nonprofit organizations.
